Common Question: N/A
Listening to other podcasts and understanding the therapist mindset is always an interesting thing. However, there is one fatal flaw in the way therapists and psychiatrists handle their patients. They are expecting the answers to come from within and give value to the person seeking help.
The only flaw is not understanding the people who seek help are looking for answers, but not from themselves. Sure, I would be pointing more to a coach at this point, but this is the difference between the two I think that will split into a gulf if not carefully handled within the next ten years. Depression has grown and changed, perhaps it might be best to see if therapy and help can change with it.
