SERIES: “JUSTICE IS SERVED” Ninevah was the capital of the Assyrian Empire during the reign of Josiah of the southern Israelite kingdom of Judah. Around the middle of the 7th century BC, God gave Nahum a prophecy concerning Ninevah’s destruction. This series will equate that event and the prophecy to events of our day, with the prayerful hope of showing that God is still a God of justice.
