“But the hour is coming, and is now here, when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth, for the Father is seeking such people to worship him. God is spirit, and those who worship him must worship in spirit and truth.”

To seek true worshippers you must first be a worshipper. No doubt our Lord was a worshipper, the consummate and perfect worshipper. Everything he did was perfect and a perfect example for us.Without being a worshipper one cannot influence others to desire the One we proclaim. If they are to become curious and desire to look at Jesus we must be smitten with him; we must be passionate and committed to worship him; to worship him in the way he’s worthy of. The depth of our worship will determine the measure of our effectiveness in making disciples. You can state the Gospel in perfect form but if you aren’t amazed at Jesus it won’t be all that convincing.

A passionate worshipper is very convincing. Even without eloquence and spectacular articulation a person can be very convincing. A man with an argument is not as convincing as a man with an experience. Someone who is desperately in love with their Savior will be more effective than someone who has verses memorized in order to win an argument.
