Just in the past 5 seasons, we’ve seen Charleston Southern, Portland State, Southern Utah, Incarnate Word, Lamar, Sacramento State, Austin Peay, UC-Davis, Maine, William & Mary, Indiana State, South Dakota, McNeese State, Colgate, North Dakota, East Tennessee State and I’m sure a few more jump from relative obscurity to basically one year appearances as contenders.  Who might be poised to surprise us all next season?  Surely this run of unexpected madness cannot abruptly end.
