To Fear or not to Fear? The dictionary defines “fear” as “an unpleasant emotion caused by the belief that someone or something is dangerous, likely to cause pain”. The Bible tells us to “Fear God”. Does this mean we are to be afraid of God because He might cause us pain? Is “Fearing God” just showing Him respect?
