The reason people fear starting over from scratch is they don't like where they're at. 

Sure, starting over is taking a step back. 

It's humiliating sometimes. 

But being afraid of starting over is not going to help you move forward. 

I started over with my businesses more times than I can count. 

Every time we start over, we have wisdom, experience, and understanding that allow us to come back faster than we did before. 

When people come to work for me, they have to take a step back. 

But if you work your ass off, you'll end up getting rewarded. 

You'll make more money. 

But you have to be willing to start over and climb back up again. 

This is the essence of what's required to make it to the top, but you can't be afraid to start over. 

Release the fear and get it in gear.
