Finding A Way

Born and raised in Miami to a single mom, Kat experienced life early on from the perspective of poverty. With not much growing up, she would grow to appreciate what she had but knew that she would also work hard to make sure that it wouldn’t be all she had.

After witnessing the glitterati of Miami, Kat knew there was a different life available than the one she grew up in and decided to take life into her own hands. She started by learning the skills she would need to obtain job opportunities that would make her real money and thrive.

After experiencing her first sales job on one of the biggest cruise ships in the world, Kat realized she could use her experience and skills to help others learn sales and change their beliefs, which would ultimately change their lives.

Now the co-owner of Kolab Solutions, Kat helps train people worldwide through coaching, courses, and in-person training.
