Earlier in November, the AMI Today team attended the 2024 Rethinking Disability Conference in Richmond Hill, Ontario. The event was hosted by ODEN, the Ontario Disability Employment Network. ODEN aims to increase employment opportunities for people with disabilities through it’s professional network of employment service providers. This year’s conference featured topics of inclusive hiring, AI in the workplace, and many more. Today we’re featuring interviews that were done at that conference with Dr. Jennifer Crowson, a Disability Employment Inclusion Specialist at ODEN and with Maureen Hahn, the President and CEO of the Canadian Council on Rehabilitation and Work.
