With all the news on the the riots, and the hub bub over the Corona Virus, you may not have noticed that the Federal Reserve has suddenly gone quiet.

Next week is the periodic meeting of the Federal Open Market Committee. This is the group which meets 10 times a year, and sets the interest rate for the country.

And in a quaint bow to tradition, the Fed is in “Blackout”“quiet” this week. All so that they don't overwhelm us with too much data.
