Today, let's have a little mom life pep talk about a powerful concept: "The feeling forms the vision."

Sometimes we get it all wrong. We try to force a vision for our lives, but deep down, we struggle to believe in it. Our brains tell us, "That's never going to happen." But what if we took a different approach?

What if we focused on how we want our life to feel? Close your eyes for a moment, let's do this together. Take a deep breath in through your nose, and exhale through your mouth. Do it again. Inhale deeply, and exhale. One more time. Breathe in, and breathe out.

How does that feel? Do you sense the calmness, the release of stress and overwhelm? What if your entire life felt like that deep, soothing breath?

When you focus on how you want your life to feel, it forms the foundation of your vision. You become the mom you desire to be because you're no longer triggered or reactive to life's challenges.

Whenever you feel overwhelmed or your kids do something that makes you want to snap, take a pause and take three deep breaths. Let your heart rate slow down, let your nervous system regulate, and release that reactive feeling.

Then ask yourself, "How do I want to show up? How do I want this to feel in the end?"
