The wonderful truth is that God has adopted us into His family. The sad truth is that even some who claim to be His children sometimes act out as lawless orphans. Like any children in any family, we all make choices that either please or disappoint. But it seems that occasionally there are some in the household who never really feel like part of the family. They push all the wrong buttons. It's a story as old as Cain and Abel, and the story is still being told today.
