Sheila Rasmussen is an integrative healing practitioner in Santa Fe, New Mexico where she blends Shamanic healing with Cranial Sacral therapy and Intuitive counseling. The combination of these therapies creates a powerful foundation for those who are ready to explore the connection between their emotional and physical states and the interplay between their current and past experience. She also encourages deeper connection through breathwork and meditation inviting self empowerment and spiritual growth.
Sheila holds a strong belief that all beings are sacred and possess the ability to heal through finding one’s own light and worthiness. She works with the energy of her client and any energies that may be attached to that client with an open and compassionate heart. Whether it be a person, deceased relative, house, or land Sheila’s intention is to bring healing to all involved energies by encouraging integration of emotions and balancing of frequencies.
Sheila received her bachelor’s degree in Contemplative Psychology from Naropa University in Boulder, Colorado.
