Mr Harper is responsible for business within the Navy Supply Systems Command at NAVSUP.  Stanley is also an Independant Consultant, specializing in product and marketing, economic development, and conflict resolutions, with several international companies.  Mr Harper serves on the Entrepreneurship & Innovation Council.  He also consulted for the Consulate General Japan Florida and Alan Home, with JETRO to bring over 70 Florida aerospace companies to the 2016 SEUS Japan Florida Aerospace Program in Tokyo.   We will discuss technology and how tech should be looked at more when discussing economic developmen
