Hi all, welcome to the FFF and welcome to The FFF Update Show.  

This is a new format of show I wanted to introduce where I update you all on leagues all over the world. 

I always like to stay updated with leagues as much as possible but it’s hard finding the time to keep fully up to date. 

This is a way of keeping in the loop and hopefully you all find it as useful and interesting as I do.  This episode is an MLS Update but given the MLS season has come to an end, consider the show more of an MLS review show.
