Following Reggie’s discussion of tradition and ritual in the last two episodes, we listen to a talk he offered on the fierce and compassionate energy of awareness. He says that we can invite this energy into our journey through offerings and chants, such as to Ritrö Gönpo, a protector who guards the integrity of our practice from ego.
