Shem Rock is an MMA fighter from Liverpool who trains alongside the likes of Paddy 'The Baddy' Pimblett and 'Meatball' Molly McCann. The journey to MMA was like no other for Rock as he found himself on the run for a crime he didn't commit spending over 10 years running from country to country when in Asia he stumbled across a gym where he decided to learn Brazilian Jujitsu and the rest, as they say, is history.
