We will face many trials, persecution, and pain. The good news is that Jesus is with us through those trials and tribulations. The treasures that we inherit are not on this earth, but are in heaven. Our struggles are not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, authorities, and powers of this dark world. Our struggle is against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. Jesus prays for us as we navigate life. He lifts us up to God the Father for protection because He knows what trials we will face in life when we surrender our lives to Him. Take heart in knowing that Jesus intercedes on our behalf through prayer! Jesus Christ who died for us commits us who believe to the Father for safekeeping!
