I sometimes wonder why is it that after a breakup, one or maybe both persons try to act as though they aren't bothered but at the same time put all their energy into proving that they aren't bothered..... does that even sound right? With the recent sacking of Chelsea's ex manager Frank Lampard, this really caused me to question how much time should a coach and manager have to turn things around for a team. I seems as though if a team is contending for a title within the first couple months of a new manager's appearance that they have to go and the team needs a fresh start, which is starting to alarm me! What do we as fans expect with the appointment of a new manager within their first few months?
