The Word tells us in Ex 2:23-25 that God heard the cry of his people "by reason of the bondage." Today, there are two types of believers: (1) those that know they are in bondage, and (2) those unaware of the bondage within. This is a clear call for all believers to cry out to God for deliverance: both for ourselves and for a lost world!
