Today’s guest is Lauren and she is someone I now consider to be a close friend after only speaking with her for a little over an hour.  Diagnosed at age 26, she refused to take medication for the first year and I can relate to this because I used to hate meds as well.  We discuss everything from the stigma behind ADHD, to the motivating aspects of it, to celebrating her recent achievements! Sometimes in life, you talk to someone that you feel you have been close with forever…what an honor this truly was.  Listen while she & I fight for those people that are currently feeling down or struggling w/ADHD.
