Hydration physically is key! It’s crucial! It’s very very very important to your body that you do so on a regular basis; your brain needs it, your bowels need it, and you will benefit from it in MAJOR ways
But what about mentally? How do you stay hydrated? Do you replenish yourself regularly by reading, viewing, or listening to refreshing information intended to support and supply you with energy and vibes that contribute to your daily success?
Or is your drink of choice filled with artificial sweeteners and elements that are more nutrient dead than nutrient dense?
Do you start your day with a tall glass of water that can help flush the toxins out of your system and kickstart your digestion, putting you in a position to take in positive energy? Or do you skip that and take a shot of waste that may, at first, taste good and “hits the spot” only soon to have grogginess, loss of focus, discouragement, disappointment follow along with it
Doesn’t feel good right?
Hydration is not just what you drink physically, but what you ingest mentally, emotionally, spiritually through audible and visual content
