Just as physical replenishment through food is necessary for the body to perform optimally, how we mentally replenish ourselves through the content and energy we consume is also necessary. Left unbalanced and before you know it, we're loaded up on audible and visual "junk" food that can result in elevated anxiety, angst, and frustration that feeds our fears and distractions.
