Welcome to our podcast! When we met for a month of Costa Rican beachside, sunrise yoga lessons during an escape from the pandemic lockdowns of Canada little did we know we were meeting a soul sister. Marian and Mya has become synonymous with deep conversations, high vibe moments, fitness, wellness and love. Every time we would come together our small circles would expand and fill up with all manners of expansion.

Together we are so much more than the sum of our individual selves, so we thought, what the hey, let's share our combined selves with the world. Let's record our conversations.

This is our story.

While we both have epic individual stories, it is our story of meeting that we love the most. If you think about it, the odds of us meeting and forming such a deep and wonderful connection were not in our favour.
