In the very first episode of The Friendship Gap, host Josie turns the mic on herself to share the story of her first-ever friendship breakup. 

Josie tells the story of Shay (not her real name), another young creative with big dreams, whom she bonded with at uni. Josie was spontaneous and expressive, whereas Shay was measured and guarded. Despite their differences, they quickly bonded over their shared love of creating.

But somewhere between the rooftop photoshoots, playful pranks, and creative tension, the cracks started to show. 

Josie reflects on the pain, the lessons, insecurities, and the quiet realizations that come with growing apart.
