In this episode, I interview Jim Citrin, a noted expert on leadership, executive success, and CEO succession. He is the author of seven books, including the international best-sellers “You're in Charge-Now What?”and “The 5 Patterns of Extraordinary Careers”, and the critically acclaimed, “The Career Playbook'' Jim is one of the world's foremost executive recruiters and leadership advisories and leads Spencer Stuart's North American CEO Practice add is a core member of the firm’s Board practice as well.
Throughout his 26 years at Spencer Stuart, Jim has completed more than 775 CEO, board director, and top management searches for leading media, technology, communications, consumer, financial services, healthcare, and energy companies, as well as private-equity firms and major not-for-profit institutions. He is a 19 year member of the worldwide board of directors of Spencer Stuart.
Jim comes on to share his years of leadership expertise and how he has been working with companies and organizations worldwide to help them navigate the effects of the Covid-19 pandemic.
