What was the first movie that truly scared you?
For me, it was 1986.
Though new to the horror genre, I thought I had my ‘fraidy cat nerves under control, until a drive-double feature introduced me to the scariest kind of horror villain, one I could not easily dismiss.
One that, unfortunately, made me turn the lights on, even though I was twelve.
And sleeping at a friend’s house.
