She opens the door and enters a soundproof room where a microphone waits, and a reel-to-reel plays a single word on repeat—her mother's name. But the name is wrong. Luna realizes the station has been feeding her a false origin story. The real mother is still out there, and the silence in this room is the sound of something being erased. Luna must decide whether to scream into the microphone and break the loop, or stay silent and be absorbed into the static.
