If you have a spinal injury in Sydney, Heidi “Heidz” Haydon & Dan Holt might just be the first people you speak to after your operation. They’re peer support workers that help people acclimatise and recuperate over the first six months. And as you can imagine, most people have A LOT of questions and feelings about their new life. Being quadriplegics themselves, they know the ins and outs of all things continence and spinal injury. Hear their amazing stories and get some insight into what the first six months of a spinal injury is like.
