We heal to grow, to improve our lives.

Healing could be, working through our beliefs, fears, patterns, past experiences.

Doing this is knocking down those hurdles so that we can have healthier relationships, improve our health, feel less stressed and anxious, and achieve the goals we set out for ourselves.

But there is an order to healing that is SO important.
