Plans do not always go like I want them. Last night I worked until 9:30 on the podcast, but I decided if I wanted it to sound right I’d better go to bed. Things slipped up on me with the holidays and all. But here it is. Let me introduce myself.
I’m Kathy Cretsinger, author and publishing company owner. We see a lot of marketing problems. Mostly it’s because people are afraid their book isn’t good enough, or no one will buy their book. If we don’t tell people we have a book, no one will buy it. These next podcasts are to help you learn to be comfortable about marketing your book. It isn’t hard to do, but we have to set our minds to do it.
For the last six years, I’ve worked with authors and published books. The authors that are not proud of their work do not market well. We have to be proud of our product. We have to tell others about it. If you put your mind to it, you will succeed. This was learned a long time ago in direct sales. We have to believe our product is the best there is.
Let’s sit back and learn more about our books and marketing.
