My light sparked when I was at almost 300 pounds, after surviving 9 years of domestic violence, shifting careers, and mindsets, opening a new business, developing a coaching practice that takes you from F*uck My Life to FitMinded Living and then surviving Cancer...&nbsp; I wanted more than just my body back. I wanted my life! I want to LIVE it well. And share it with you!
