It’s Fitness Thursday and Steve Nash Fitness is here to talk about getting yourself involved in group fitness class.  A lot of people chose a class in order to not only get fit and have fun, but for the added benefit of social engagement.  Being a part of a work-out group can leave you a happier workout knowing your not the only one going through the ups and downs of a training schedule or routine.
