Our examination of the suffering of Job and evidence of the gospel as the solution to all suffering is culminated in the fact of the resurrection, specifically the resurrection of Jesus Christ. Nearly two thousand years before Christ died on the cross and rose from the dead, Job understood that His Redeemer was alive and that he would see Him in his flesh. This was proven to be a historical reality and not just pie-in-the-sky wishful thinking when Jesus rose from the dead in bodily form. Let is rejoice in the fact that redemption, reconciliation, regeneration, and righteousness are rooted in the resurrection of Jesus Christ, who promises eternal life to all who believe in Him.
