Becky's passion and expertise stems from the gut, in fact she walks us through her five steps to improving our health from the inside out by focusing on gut health.

Born to change the way we fuel our soul-home, Becky is a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, holds a bachelor degree in Business & Marketing from UNM, has her 200hr YTT yoga instructor training, and is a clean living educator and advocate. She is also a mother of two energetic boys and the founder of Hippie Moms, LLC.
