The Fixer Canada joins us Toniiiiiiiight in THA Schtudio as we talk all things Rock & Metal and their amazing musical journey in Thunder Bay,ON as well as touring!!

The Fixer defines themselves as a heavier Rock band for those who aren't immersed in Metal culture since they have melodies and hooks that are leaning towards Rock music. The band currently comprises Mel, Ryan, Colin, Vic and Dustin and they gave a shoutout to their co-founder and local legend Jimmy Wiggins A.K.A Dr. Wiggins who was voted Best Drummer 2022 by The Walleye Magazine. 

The Fixer believe their bond as band members has grown stronger over the years because they care for each other like family and playing in other bands and exploring different genres have helped them evolve their own music. Mel has a background in Film, Colin is the drummer also with Back Forty Entertainment and Tim Albertson Music, Ryan and Vic go back several years where they also had another band before they joined The Fixer. 

Vic told us that stereotypically people are scared because of their make-up and judge their appearance but he believes that his fellow bandmates are some of the most polite and caring people he has ever met and urges people to have a conversation with them as they prepare for their tour in the end of July where they perform in Dryden, Brandon, Amberlite and Winnipeg.
