The Flaming Lips are no stranger to oddball concepts that are open to one's own interpretation, and the album definitely reflects it with the variety of elements at play, including a giant robot, a girl trained to fight robots, multiple dimensions and/or time travel, and even a quick balloon ride to Mars... but Wayne Coyne is kind of light on the context here sooo...
