Today, we're diving into an important coaching concept I use with clients (and myself): The Floor and The Ceiling.
Most people unknowingly set their minimum standard (their floor) at the level of their best day (their ceiling). The result? Every imperfect day feels like failure, consistency becomes impossible to maintain, and progress stalls.
In this episode, I share:
The goal isn't to live on the floor forever.
The goal is to have a floor that keeps you in the game when life is lifing.
Because consistency isn't built on your best days. It's built on the days when things aren't perfect and you choose to show up anyway.
Remember: the baby doesn't learn to walk because every step is perfect. They learn because every wobbly step counts.
