In the early morning hours of a seemingly ordinary summer day in Pico Rivera, CA, the Flores household was the epitome of peace and quiet. The children, as well as Mr. and Mrs. Flores, lay asleep in their beds. But in a matter of minutes, Monica Diaz and her boyfriend Michael Naranjo, would turn the peaceful household filled with Monica’s relatives into a slaughterhouse, and attempt to get away with it.
