The Fog: Original vs Remake - Why is Trev so Angry?
Something is coming out of the fog… and this remake might be the scariest thing of all.
In this episode of Mart and Trev’s The Deja Review, we return to the haunted coastal town of Antonio Bay to compare the chilling horror classic The Fog, directed by John Carpenter, with the controversial remake The Fog.
The original 1980 film became a cult favourite with its eerie atmosphere, ghostly pirates emerging from the mist, and unforgettable performances from Adrienne Barbeau and Jamie Lee Curtis. In 2005, Hollywood brought the story back with modern visual effects, a new cast, and a very different take on the supernatural revenge tale.
