The goal of the Thursday show is to show you our journey to hopefully help inspire you and hopefully help you relate more.
Today we start off forgetting what Ty's last challenge was. Luckily we write things down and realized that his challenge was to spend 45 minutes outside every day. Apparently, he did it just because he has a new puppy which forces him to go outside every day.
We then spend the rest of the time talking about finding mentors.

Lastly, I give Ty the new challenge of running a 7-mile run.
