My work from life coaching, teaching, to podcasting is based on sharing about the universal principles of Mind, Thought, and Consciousness. Together they are known as the Three Principles, and they explain how life works for us as human beings and how we experience life from the inside-out. My guest for this episode is Dr. Mark Howard, and we talked about his experiences with the Three Principles, how understanding them has impacted his life, and how seeing them helps us experience more of our innate happiness and well-being. 

Dr. Howard is the founder of the Three Principles Institute in Belmont, California. He is recognized as one of the pioneers who first brought the three principles into the field of psychology. Since 1982, Dr. Howard has been teaching private clients, families, and business professionals. He is now devoting his time to mentoring and supporting anyone who wishes to share the Principles with love, clarity, and impact.
