Valdes utilizes observation, education, and his own personal experience to explore coping skills and strategies, modern day topics, interviews, and all things related to sobriety.&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;One of Valdes' major constructs is, we all drink and use to change the way we feel. If a person can identify their thoughts and emotions (CBT), using mindfulness, they have the power within to make the changes for a sober lifestyle.&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Another construct is there is many ways to live sober, 12 steps, Church, Smart Recovery, therapy. No matter what a person chooses, they still have stop using and drinking first.&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;The Clear Mind Podcast is always open to interviewing members of the sober community, therapist, mentor's, and those struggling in addiction.&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;
