The Four Foundations of Mindfulness

When it comes to practicing good mindfulness, there are four foundations that we must become aware of:

- our bodies

- our feelings (emotions)

- our thoughts

- the objects around us in life

By becoming more aware of these four foundations, we can bring ourselves closer aligned with right mind and awareness.
