We have the choice to accept that which we cannot change, or strive to change the things we cannot accept. The Buddhist concept of The Four Noble Truths is a means to spark the awareness of suffering as the nature of merely existing, its causes, and how to carry on in spite of it. Yes, it is a challenge. We CAN become masters of our own minds, not let our minds master us.
