The Four Stages of Heart Mastery | Heartstream 07-12-2022
December can be the busiest month of the year for many people. With all the planning, shopping, and celebrating, it is easy to feel overwhelmed and lose oneself completely. Therefore, it is the ideal time to consciously decide to stay connected to our hearts and our deepest longings.
In this week's Heartstream, I discussed Heart Mastery as the perfect path to remain fully connected. I also discussed the four stages of this path. During the guided meditation, we established this new awareness and began preparing our hearts to receive more love this holiday season.
