The Four Steps to American Subversion by Yuri Bezmenov. Ex-KGB member Yuri Bezmenov defected to US in 1970s and in an interview with G Edward Griffin in 1984 Bezmenov said America is under attack by means of 'ideological subversion' from the Communists.  He states that there are 4 steps to this process and he believed in 1984 we were already at Step 3....

1) Demoralization

2) Destabilization

3) Crisis

4) Normalization
