"I want to interview other entrepreneurs" ....or speakers, ....or experts, ....or _____ (fill in a topic area).

This is most peoples approach to creating content for their podcast.

At best this approach is short sighted.... at worst pure laziness.

Yes interview podcasts are popular. And yes you SHOULD consider having them in your episode line up.

But to only focus on interviews is doing your audience, your podcast, and yourself a disservice.
