In September 2019, Billy Zane attended Salt Lake FanX, aka Salt Lake Comic Con, and The Fourth Ta'veren was there to ask him directly what he thought of his role in Winter Dragon, the hastily produced Prologue of Book One - The Eye of the World in the Wheel of Time series.
What Billy Zane responded with was astounding! He gave a brief overview of how he ended up being involved, but then confirmed that he will be reprising his role and will be in Season Two of the Amazon Prime Wheel of Time series! This has not been announced by anyone else (at least as of September 2019) and has not been confirmed by Amazon WoT up to this point either.
