Joining Bill in the studio this week was local covers duo The Promise making a long-awaited return to the show. Their last visit was as a trio in November 2015, but they went their own ways for a few years before reforming as a duo last year. Featuring Chris on lead vocals, foot tambourine, and shaker, and Kevin on guitar and backing vocals, the lads performed a great set of cover songs and we look forward to their return sooner than 10 years!

Comprising of Mora on lead vocals, her dad George on guitar, and her partner Wolfie on Bass, the trio performed an absolutely stonking set of original material. Mora also kindly made coffee and George provided almond slices, making it a top show. We look forward to seeing them again on the show.
