I have been cautious not to speak out about the feardemic lockdown cause but it is apparent as each passing day that the agenda behind the action of the government and the "authorities" are only the actions of controllers rolling out a plan that will give them more information on what they can put on the public as a limit on their freedoms before they will revolt unfortunately as an observer I am appalled how easily the general public rolled over with a critical though as the possibilities that it is all a plan to increase surveillance and control our lives under a collectivist statist regime.  

There are many proponents in the field of "anti-ageing " that see ageing as a disease that can be avoided. This generally includes supplements and other medical options that need an element of wealth and a western society privilege. 

Here I offer bite-size narrations on a range of factors that apply to an "anti-ageing" protocol that fit together as simple and effective lifestyle options under the umbrella of Self-sovereignty.

Remember you are on the battlefield that big pharma’s endless TV advertisements rain down on, the fear-fest of seasonal changes and coupled with the sickness-is-the-norm expectations of those around you, you will find a self-sovereign style of thinking is harder than you can imagine.

Intention is a powerful tool, what we intend and what is the outcome, is sometimes set in a grey area as opposed to black and white, yet there will be real outcomes to deal with that have manifested in our lives.

There are many aspects to an antiaging lifestyle and one of them is clean grown food and good nutrition. 

I throw many things in the mix here as we look to live a lifestyle that is not an everyday prescription that the world wants to paint as the acceptable way to be a member of our western culture. 

Apart from the obvious need to be a critical thinker at the top of the list having the ability to obtain clean grown nutritionally dense food is a close second. 

The best way you can obtain good food is either to grow it yourself or support a local grower in your area. 

The more you have a local food security network around you the better off you are in your quest for healthy lifestyle options. 

As always don't listen if you have better things to do with your time as I recognize you cant get time badly spent back and we are all skidding towards the exit door so don't waste any good opportunity to be engaged in something that matters. 

If you do decide to listen in, it's just a prompt to get a consciousness as to the aspect of who controls the money flow and the pressure that having a disposable income or even an existence income puts on people is very often a root cause of dis-ease. 

How often you think about money and its role in your life can be disproportionate as to the real things that are important and what measures you could put in place to minimize the amount "needed"  could be part of your narrative instead of how much which can tie you to a system that is systemically corrupt.
